			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Down a whole .4 lbs this week. Woo Hoo!  At this pace I&#8217;ll reach my next goal in the year 2020. Oh well, at least I&#8217;m still going in the right direction. If I could make myself start exercising again I&#8217;m sure I would start losing more quickly, but I just haven&#8217;t been able to make it happen. Maybe the Spring weather will motivate me (if it ever gets to Missery). It&#8217;s freezing today.</p>
<p>btw&#8230; my total weight today is 181.8. The blog back-end is messed up and I can&#8217;t get to the scale thingie to change it. I&#8217;ll do it once the site is working again.</p>

I guess that helped. I&#8217;m sorry I didn&#8217;t make it here all week to list me food. I&#8217;ll try to do better this coming week. Anyway, bummer that I missed your call today. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sorry I haven&#8217;t been here. Long work week. Weighed in yesterday morning at the same exact weight as last week, 185.2 lbs.  I&#8217;m always amazed when the scale reads the exact same weight, down to the tenth point. I like to think of that as a successful week since my lifelong M.O. has been to gain if I&#8217;m not losing. I know I haven&#8217;t lost very much in the past several months, but maintaining is actually more of an accomplishment for me. After 40 years of life I might (stressing the MIGHT) finally be figuring this thing out. One can hope at least, right? </p>
<p>So, How&#8217;s the WW going? I always liked WW when I did it. i know you&#8217;re not a fan though. Has it gotten any better for you this time? I saw that you called me one day last week. Sorry I didn&#8217;t call back. I was working late and didn&#8217;t see that you called until I was on my way home&#8230; late at night, in the dark, snow and ice. I&#8217;m WAY over the winter weather here. Anyway, here&#8217;s what I can remember of my food since last I was here on Tuesday.</p>
<p><strong>Tuesday Jan 18 (dinner):</strong><br />
I just ate cereal when I got home that night. 1 bowl of Banana Nut Cheerios with skim milk&#8230;. then straight to bed.</p>
<p><strong>Wednesday Jan 19:</strong><br />
Breakfast: 2 small scones. dc<br />
Lunch: Smart Ones 4 mini cheese pizzas. Sugar Free vanilla pudding. dc.<br />
Dinner: one spoonful of Chicken Risotto. 3 meatballs in sauce sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. water.<br />
<strong><br />
Thursday Jan 20:</strong><br />
Breakfast: 2 small scones. dc<br />
Lunch: approx. 1 cup of chicken salad (some on a croissant and the rest just by itself). 1 lite yogurt. 10 Saltines. dc<br />
Dinner: 1 California Pizza Kitchen individual frozen pizza. 1 fudge pop. dc.</p>
<p><strong>Friday Jan 21:</strong><br />
Breakfast: 2 small scones. dc.<br />
Lunch: 20 Saltines. 1 sugar free vanilla pudding. dc.<br />
Dinner: We went out to eat for J&#8217;s birthday&#8230; Japanese Hibachi style restaurant. So, you know the deal at one of those places. You get the rice, noodles, and veggies and then I had the grilled chicken and shrimp with mine. dc. I really didn&#8217;t feel like I was eating that much but then all of a sudden it hit my stomach like a lead brick. Then I felt SOOOO full.</p>
<p><strong>Saturday Jan 22:</strong><br />
Breakfast: 2 small scones. dc.<br />
Lunch: about 10 pizza rolls. Just ate from what I made the kids&#8230; too busy getting ready for J&#8217;s birthday party to stop and fix myself anything decent. dc.<br />
Snack: banana<br />
Dinner: 3 slices of Pizza Hut pizza at J&#8217;s party. 1 slice of mint chocolate chip ice cream cake. Yeah, didn&#8217;t do so great yesterday. I&#8217;m sure my 185.2 is not still standing today, but no way I&#8217;m weighing myself again. I&#8217;ll make up for it during the week&#8230; or, at least that&#8217;s the plan.</p>
<p>Exercise: Zero, Ziltch, NONE!  Don&#8217;t know what&#8217;s wrong with me that I can&#8217;t get myself to do any darn exercise. I may be my skinniest weight I&#8217;ve been since 1997, but I am much softer (muscle-wise) than I was a couple of months ago. So, that&#8217;s a bummer. Oh well.</p>

Breakfast: 2 slices toast with butter/jam. small bowl of cereal with skim milk.<br />
Lunch: 2 McD&#8217;s hamburgers. One cup McD&#8217;s vanilla soft-serve with the peanuts. (grabbed lunch on my way to the office). dc.<br />
Dinner: California Pizza Kitchen Thin Crust Hawiian personal sized pizza. 1 sug free pudding. water.</p>
<p><strong>Monday Jan 17:</strong><br />
Breakfast: 1 small cranberry muffin with walnuts. dc.<br />
Lunch: Smart Ones 4 mini cheese pizzas meal. 15 saltines. 1 clementine. dc.<br />
Snack: 1 lite yogurt.<br />
Dinner: (ate very late at work) homemade chicken salad on a croissant. 2 small homemade brownies. dc.</p>
<p><strong>Tuesday Jan 18:</strong><br />
Breakfast: 2 slices toast with butter &amp; sug free jam. dc. 1 small scone.<br />
Lunch: 2.5 large homemade meatballs in sauce with parmesan cheese. 1 lite peach yogurt. 1 Clementine. dc.<br />
Dinner: not sure. starving though, so wish me luck that i don&#8217;t pig out. leaving work now to go eat. </p>

<p>I did well my 1st week on WW. I lost 6.6 lbs. I tried to change the ticker but maybe its down or something because it wants me to make a brand new one. IDK. My mother is now wanting to go to WW this week to join. We&#8217;ll see how that goes. I hope I do as well this week. You know weekends are hardf for me and this one was a 3 dayer. I did well, but I am also starting with the pre-period bloat with cramps soon to follow. I hope my damn period doesn&#8217;t screw me up. </p>
<p>Here is today&#8217;s food:</p>
<p>B:2/3 cup lowfat granola cereal, 2/3 cup skim milk, banana<br />
L: green salad, &#8211; lettuce, yellow bell pepper, chicken breast, onion, tiny bit of real cheese, honey mustard dressing, 1 slice whole wheat toast<br />
D: Zea&#8217;s Cafe &#8211; grilled chicken breast, cabbage, sauteed corn.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Oh no, I&#8217;m here and looking for your posts. Had my weigh-in this morning. I&#8217;m at my lowest weight to date! YAY! 185.2 lbs. Surprising once again since I didn&#8217;t think I did all that great last week AND we went to Outback last night and I pigged out (even shared a Chocolate Thunder from Down Under with G), AND I didn&#8217;t do any exercise last week either. So, needless to say, I was expecting a gain&#8230; or at least to stay the same&#8230; but, I lost. I am really surprised, but happy of course. The kids are spending the night at their cousins house tonight for a birthday party, so G and I will go out. I think I want to see that movie about the bank robbers with Ben Afleck (sp?). I&#8217;m not a big Ben fan, but I&#8217;ve heard really good things about the movie. It will be nice to have a night off from the kids. Haven&#8217;t had any vertigo episodes since Tuesday. Not sure what that was all about. Am planning to get some new progress photos up this week. How &#8217;bout you? I understand if you want to wait a while, but I think we really should do the photos again (at least every couple of months or so). Well, here&#8217;s the food:</p>
<p><strong>Thursday Jan 13:</strong><br />
Breakfast: 1.5 homemade apple scones. dc.<br />
Lunch: One WW pasta meal. 1 lite yogurt. 15 saltines. dc.<br />
Dinner: Scoop of homemade chicken salad on two small slices of homemade nine-grain bread. 1 Clementine.  Bite of Ziti casserole (wanted to taste it). 1 WW strawberry smoothie frozen yogurt bar. Water.</p>
<p><strong>Friday Jan 14:</strong><br />
Breakfast: 1 McD&#8217;s egg and cheese biscuit (I know, bad me).<br />
Lunch: small side field green salad with very lite blue cheese dressing. small bowl of gourmet chili. 1 shortbread cookie. water.<br />
Dinner: Oh God&#8230; I totally fell off the wagon with this meal. Outback: 3 slices of bread with butter. 2 hot wings dipped in ranch. Side salad with ranch dressing. Grilled chicken sandwich with Swiss and honey mustard (no sides). Half of a hot fudge, chocolate brownie sundae. UGH!  I seriously can&#8217;t believe I lost weight after that meal. Seriously.</p>
<p><strong>Saturday Jan 15:</strong><br />
Breakfast: 1 bowl of Banana Nut Cheerios with skim milk. 2 slices honey wheat bread with a little butter and homemade strawberry jam. dc.<br />
Lunch: 4 small square slices of leftover homemade pizza (with cheese, tomatoes, basil and olive oil). 2 Clementines. Half of a banana. dc.<br />
Dinner: G is dieting, too, so we have decided not to do another big expensive dinner out. We&#8217;ve decided to do Chipolte and then a movie or something. So I will have my Chipolte grilled chix salad that I always get and maybe an iced tea instead of dc (maybe&#8230; the dc is still a possibility). No dessert tonight. I&#8217;ll let you know if I veer from this the next time I post.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise: </strong><br />
Still working on getting back to exercising. I&#8217;ve been feeling better emotion-wise the past few days, but still struggling with my energy levels. I will re-commit to getting some exercise in this week (or trying to).</p>
